Designed by young architect Charlotte Petit, founder of the Argia Architecture studio, Noir Dauphine is the go-to address for the Noir coffee shop house, which wanted to have its own roasting workshop. The work tool takes place in the singular landscape of the Puces de Saint-Ouen.
Along the passage, sits an all-stainless steel and lacquered vermilion Diedrich machine. A state-of-the-art roaster, it combines connected technology, for the precision of cooking curves, and tradition thanks to its gas supply.
